When two teams are negotiating a case the other two teams are observing "live" in an adjacent room with "live" commentary and analysis from their trainer. In their next simulation, the observers immediately apply the insight gained from observing their colleagues in action. This unique feature of our training process dramatically increases the learning outcomes for our workshop participants.Worksheets
